Project Fundamentals Qualification

The APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) provides a solid grounding in the core principles of project management.

It is designed for those new to projects or those seeking a common language and understanding of how projects operate within an organisational context. The course covers essential concepts such as project life cycles, roles and responsibilities, planning, risk, and governance, enabling learners to contribute effectively to project work from day one.

Project Management Qualification

The APM Project Management Qualification is a more advanced, knowledge-based course aligned to the APM Body of Knowledge.

Pre-requisites

    • PFQ – There are no pre-requisites for attending the APM PFQ course.
    • PMQ – People attending the APM PMQ course should have a minimum of 6 months experience of working in a project management role. Additional experience of project environments is advantageous.
